Background Checks and Your Security

Fidelity Building Services, Inc. is committed to maintaining a safe working environment for all of its employees and customers.

Every applicant is required to complete a Background Investigation Authorization Form as part of the application process.

One of the first steps of the hiring process is to conduct an extensive background investigation on the potential employee This is done after our initial screening and immediately upon a conditional offer of employment.

This Background Investigation includes both County and State Criminal Searches. Fidelity Building Services will only hire candidates that are found through this investigation to pose no security risk.

Once hired, all employees continue to receive security and safety instruction. We frequently update our policies and integrate specific concerns you may have into our on-site training. You can find additional information on our Security and Safety Policy Section.
