Training at Fidelity is always done one-to-one between the employee and manager. Training starts at our office, NOT at the customer’s building. Every employee must complete our training program before they are assigned to the customer’s building. Once assigned to your facility, they receive building specific training and instruction from their Senior Account Manager or Building Supervisor. |
