Our employees receive more than a simple orientation meeting that some companies consider training. Our training program provides individual sessions to address specific areas of your facility, and teach how each cleaning task is done. In addition to our extensive training program, all of our employees receive one full night of on-site training for each hour of their shift.
It may sound silly to some, but there is a right way and a wrong way to perform individual cleaning tasks such as mopping. There is a correct technique to clean a specific area such as restrooms. We not only know what is appropriate to maintain quality, but every employee is trained to know as well.
Once our employee is trained at your facility, our Senior Account Manager will visit them at least weekly. |
